Technical Highlights
Frame
The high quality, high impact and shock resistant aluminium frame is powder-coated as standard in a choice of White RAL 9010, Brown RAL 8019 or Silver RAL 9006. Other special colours are available upon request.
Connections
The joint of the folding parasol arms are stuck with stainless steel pins and an extra protective cover for maximum stability, durability and ease of use
Top Hat
Powder coated to compliment the frame, the elegant and extremely functional top hat can also be unscrewed if needed.
Covering
Each of the parasol arms feature a self-adjusting telescopic suspension system which helps position the fabric perfectly and keep it taught. The high-quality, long lasting fabric covers can also easily be replaced if required.
When not in use
When the parasol is not in use it is advised to use the included protective cover to prevent any damage or build-up of dirt on the fabric.

Our highly experienced representatives will happily answer any questions you may have and advise on the best possible solution for your home and lifestyle.
Step 2 – Design Your New Product
Once you have chosen your perfect shading solution, now you can begin to personalise it to your own bespoke specification. Here you can choose from a wide range of practical and stylish accessories to enhance your outdoor experience, select the frame and fabric colours or pattern to compliment your home – the decisions are all yours!
Step 3 – Quotation
We will then prepare a detailed quotation for you based on your chosen specification. Our sales designer will discuss our payment options and will answer any questions you may have at this stage.
Step 4 – Survey Visit
Once your order has been placed we will arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your home at a convenient time to take manufacturing dimensions and confirm your chosen specifications. We will keep you informed of your order progress every step of the way and as soon as the product arrives into the UK, we will move to step 5
Step 5 – Installation
We will call to arrange a convenient date for our fitting teams to install your new product. Awnings are usually completed within the same day whereas our terrace rooms take longer and this depends on the size of the structure. Our fitters work with great efficiency and tidiness at all times, respecting your home environment.
